How Payment Works: MMG, Card, or Cash on Delivery

AphroDainty accepts three ways to pay: card at checkout, MMG (Mobile Money Guyana), or cash on delivery. You choose whichever works best for you at checkout, and none of them show anything explicit on a receipt or statement.

Paying by card

Card payments are processed securely at checkout. Your statement shows a discreet billing descriptor rather than anything that spells out what you bought, so there’s nothing on a shared bank statement that gives it away.

Paying by MMG

MMG is a familiar option for a lot of our customers, and it works the way you’d expect: you complete the transfer through your MMG app or agent to the details provided at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment comes through. If you’ve used MMG for anything else online, this works the same way.

Cash on delivery

Prefer to pay when the order actually arrives? Choose cash on delivery at checkout, have the amount ready, and pay the courier directly when your package shows up. This is often the easiest option if you’d rather not enter payment details online at all.

Which one should you pick?

There’s no wrong choice here, it genuinely comes down to what you’re comfortable with. Card and MMG both confirm your order immediately, so if you’re ordering close to the noon cutoff for same-day delivery, either of those gets your order into processing faster than waiting to arrange cash. If you’d rather not pay until the item is in your hands, cash on delivery covers that.
