  1. ORDER PROCESSING
    All orders placed on our website are processed immediately after being accepted. Orders accepted before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders accepted after 12:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery. Customers will be informed of their delivery date upon order confirmation.
  2. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
    Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the customer’s delivery location and courier fees.

    APHRODAINTY offers the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: The default delivery method for all orders. Delivery fees are determined based on the customer’s location and prevailing courier rates. Customers will see the exact cost at checkout.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders exceeding GYD $10,000. Free Delivery may be available during promotional periods. Eligibility for free delivery is determined and displayed during checkout. This offer is subject to change at our discretion and may not be available during promotional periods.

    Processing and delivery times are subject to change during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, and we will communicate any updates directly to the customer.

  1. DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

    Deliveries are conducted Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM

    From time to time, there may be delays or unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as weather disruptions or courier-related issues, which may result in later-than-expected delivery or an order being deemed undeliverable. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly. APHRODAINTY cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by external factors.

  2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
    Customers will receive updates via email and SMS when their order has been dispatched and is en route to the delivery address. Notifications will also be sent when the order is accepted and awaiting courier pickup. If tracking information is unavailable, the courier will contact the customer directly to confirm delivery and provide an estimated delivery time. If a customer does not receive any correspondence about their order within 12 hours of placing it, they are encouraged to contact us via email at support@aphrodainty.com or WhatsApp for assistance.
  3. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

    A package may be marked as undeliverable for reasons including:

    • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer;
    • An address outside the delivery coverage area;
    • Failure to make contact with the recipient; or
    • Refusal of the package at the delivery location.

    In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery fees required to reship the package. If a refund is requested for an undeliverable order due to an error on the customer’s part, the original delivery fees will NOT be refunded.

  4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    If an item is damaged during transit or incorrect upon delivery, the customer must notify us IMMEDIATELY and provide supporting evidence, such as photographs, receipts or invoices. Upon verification, we will file a claim with the courier and, upon claim approval, provide one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement product;
    • Store credit; or
    • A full refund to the original payment method.

    Please note that claims for damaged or incorrect items may take up to five (5) business days to be processed by the courier.

  5. REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY
    If an order is not delivered within three (3) business days from the order confirmation date, customers may be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will only be processed once sufficient proof has been provided confirming the order was not delivered. To initiate a refund request, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly.
  6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
    Currently, APHRODAINTY delivers only to select regions within Guyana. We do not offer international delivery at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to addresses outside the designated delivery zones. APHRODAINTY reserves the right to modify or expand its delivery zones at any time.
  7. CHANGES TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
    We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
