- GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Due to the intimate nature of our products, AphroDainty LLC maintains a strict policy of no returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final once an order is processed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and confidence of all customers who purchase our products. By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. - NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
In line with health and safety regulations, the following products are deemed non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Any lingerie items that have been worn, tried on, or otherwise removed from their original packaging;
- Any items where the packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with;
- Products labelled as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receipt to initiate a return authorization for inspection. In such cases, you will be required to provide:
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage;
- A detailed description of the issue with the product;
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Upon review and approval of your claim, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or damaged product, and we will cover the cost of shipping for such returns. At our sole discretion, we will offer a replacement for the defective item, issue store credit, or process a full refund. Refunds, if issued, will be made to the original payment method.
- RETURN PROCESS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that you are authorized to return a defective product, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving return authorization. Items returned without authorization or outside of this window will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Returned items must be sent in their original packaging, including any protective coverings, tags, or inserts. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our return criteria upon inspection. - REFUNDS FOR LOST OR UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS
If an order is not delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting our customer service team. Upon verification that the order was not delivered and confirmation from the carrier, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued if you have provided correct and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. - PROCESSING OF REFUNDS
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned product or confirmation of non-delivery. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account, which is beyond our control. - EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
We reserve the right to deny any request for a return, exchange, or refund that does not comply with the terms set forth in this policy. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Products damaged by customer negligence;
- Products returned without authorization;
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
