  1. ORDER PROCESSING
    All orders placed on our website are subject to a processing period of one (1) to three (3) business days. Orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order is processed, it will be shipped via our standard shipping method. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  2. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
    APHRODAINTY LLC currently offers the following shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is five (5) to eight (8) business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. This offer is subject to change at our discretion and may not be available during promotional periods.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, carrier issues, or other events outside of our control.

  1. DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
    From the date of order placement, the total time for delivery, including order processing and shipping, is approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) business days. This timeframe is only an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary. APHRODAINTY LLC will not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.
  2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@aphrodainty.com. You can also log into your account on our website to check the status of your order and view tracking information.
  3. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the customer’s failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package. In cases where a customer requests a refund for an undelivered order due to their own error, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
  4. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
    In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must notify us within seven (7) business days from the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and, upon claim approval, offer a replacement product, issue store credit, or provide a full refund. Please note that lost package claims may take up to thirty (30) days to be processed by the carrier.
  5. REFUNDS FOR NON-DELIVERY
    If your order is not delivered within thirty (30) days from the shipping date, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us to initiate a refund request. Refunds will only be processed once there is sufficient proof that the order was not delivered.
  6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
    Currently, APHRODAINTY LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or locations outside of the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to modify or expand our shipping destinations at any time.
  7. CHANGES TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
    We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
